You've Got Character!
Character / Stop Bullying elementary and middle school assemblies for Michigan, Ohio and Illinois students.
A school program designed to complement school curriculum on character and citizenship, You've Got Character, will engage and entertain your students. You've Got Character uses unique visual magic, comedic routines, and music to highlight the six important character traits encouraged in many schools (respect, trustworthiness, fairness, citizenship, responsibility, caring) and encourage students to become positive role models in their community. This assembly is a wonderful way to reinforce to students the importance of making good personal choices and on positive interaction / bully prevention among students.
This program helps each student in your school to define the six character traits for themselves. Through audience interaction and participation, students are invited on stage to become part of the program as well as share their individual interpretation of positive character traits. Exciting illusions and humorous routines help the audience to understand the importance of each trait and how character may be integrated into our lives each day.
Teachers and parents hail this program as a keystone for establishing good practice of character traits and habits in their students. This 45 minute show is available with versions for elementary and middle school audiences.
More about the You've Got Character school program...
You've Got Character delivers its message about citizenship and positive character traits through a variety of entertainment mediums. The use of magic, audience participation and humor that appeals to the students, the important points about character are retained by the audience. Furthermore, this show is highly interactive, which allows students to participate first hand in the program in fun routines that relate the lessons. Most importantly, however, is the fact that the entertainer has designed this program with two different presentation - one for elementary audiences and one for middle school audiences. So no matter what the grade level of your students, you can be confident that this program will be appropriately geared for them.
The character traits of respect, trustworthiness, fairness, citizenship, responsibility, and caring are emphasized during this school program. These character traits are often referred to in school as the "Six Pillars of Character". The emphasis on positive character traits makes this elementary and middle school program an appropriate addition to bully bully prevention / no bullying school programs that are now required by the state of Michigan and in many other school districts across Ohio and Illinois. Other stop bullying shows available through our office include the Friendship and No Bullies Show - a program designed exclusively for elementary audiences.
The character building assembly has a running time of approximately 45 minutes. The entertainer will need to arrive at the school a minimum of 40 minute before the first program to set-up for the presentation. This assembly can be presented in an elementary / middle school gym, cafeteria, or media center.
Super U! Challege is another unique character building assembly show offered by Midwest School Shows.
